Pekkaniska Oy is committing to pay all the costs of treatments that are necessary for helping its smoking employees to quit smoking. If an employee succeeds to quit smoking and manages to be without smoking for one year he will receive 1000 € and since then 170 € bonus for every non-smoking year. If the attempt is not successful but the employee manages to be without smoking at least three months, he will get the following bonus: (1 000 € / 12 kk = 83,3333 €/kk)
3 non-smoking months = 249,99 € |
